Parents should not face jail time. One reason they should not get punnished is because they might have an important docter's appointment to go to. Another reason is if the child still does not do their school work after confrences why should they keep wasting their time on them. One last example is the parents might lose money if they have to miss out on work to go to the students confrence. Inconclusion parents should not face jail time for missing the childs school confrences.
